These regions had to distribute some part of their products for the purchase of state. Between products which demand by the state administration, the grain materials were keeping an important place. The Karesi Province that located in the West Anatolia was one of the places that to be made purchased grain for £¿stanbul¡¯s necessity. With the Bal£¿kesir district, that center of the province, Karesi Province¡¯s other districts was procuring demands which made by the state.
