%X In this paper, we report our isolation of Elizabethkingia meningoseptica as a rare pathogen from the tracheal aspirate culture of a pediatric patient diagnosed with biliary atresia type 2 whose general condition had been deteriorating while under follow-up in our intensive care unit. Following the isolation, her condition improved after her treatment was modified in accordance with the related antimicrobial susceptibility test results
