%0 Journal Article %T PERSONNEL SELECTION METHOD BASED ON TOPSIS MULTI-CRITERIA DECISION MAKING METHOD %A Oya KORKMAZ %J - %D 2019 %X In this study, TOPSIS method, which is one of the multi-criteria decision making techniques, was used as a personal selection method in the logistics sector. This method was preferred in this study since it carries a set of superiorities. Twenty individuals applied for the vacant position to a logistics firm located in Mersin, Turkey and as a result of shortlisting process, only 9 candidates were qualified for interview by 6 human resource specialists and a regional director using 6 criteria.
