%X It is necessary to start the history of Turkish business from Seljuk and Ottoman times. Because the socio-economic structure and operations accordingly Republic of Turkey is still substantial period of this period. In the first chapter, the period of Anatolian Seljuk was examined. In the second part, the period from the foundation of the Ottoman period to the Tanzimat period, in which the traditional structure was mentioned, was examined. In the third chapter, which is the last chapter, the Ottoman period will be examined after Tanzimat based on a new structure based on Western economic and political patterns
