This situation affects the students¡¯ interests, attitudes and love for maths in a negative way. Therefore, a meaningful learning can be implemented and the students can achieve success when the abstract content is concretized. To achieve this, smart boards that are included in the educational technologies can be used. One of the essential conditions to be able to use this educational technology effectively in the class and to provide success is to what extent students internalize it. The aim of this research was to investigate the middle school students¡¯ attitudes towards using smart boards in mathematics course. This research was conducted with survey methods. The participants of the study consisted of a total of 220 and grade students. Personal information forms and attitude scales for smart boards were used as data collection tools. Mann Whitney u-test, Kruskal Wallis test and regression analysis were used to analyze the data. In this research, it was determined that middle school students¡¯ attitudes towards using smart boards were positive and students¡¯ attitudes significantly differ in terms of gender, grade level, mathematics achievement level, information technology achievement level and their academic achievement level.
