%X David John Farmer has an iconic place within the field of public administration. Even though this position of Farmer in public administration is considered as symbolic, especially in the field of post-modernism, his critical ideas have been shown in the field of public administration. By written Farmer "The Language of Public Administration", "Toward a Critical Theory of Organization" and "The Kill of the King: Post-traditional Governance and Bureaucracy" called the studys of Farmer's understanding of public administration was the subject of this study, and the effects of Farmer and his public administration were examined. In this context, firstly, the works of Farmer in the field of public administration were examined. Then, the literature was searched and library resources were used.
