%X In this study, it is aimed to determine whether there is a difference between nurses' perceptions about internal entrepreneurship and their demographic characteristics. Kahramanmara£¿ S¨¹t£¿¨¹ Imam University Medical Faculty Hospital was selected as there search area. For data analysis, factor analysis, univariate t-test and multivariate ANOVA test were applied.
