%0 Journal Article %T Mimic Necrotizing Fasciitis Sometimes The Phenomenon Of Gangrenosum %A Burcu KAYHAN TET£¿K %J - %D 2019 %X Abstract Pyoderma gangrenosum (PG) is a rare chronic inflammatory disease which was firstly seen in the 1930s. Etiopathogenesis is not known exactly. The lesions, whichusually start as a painful erythematous nodule, are then transformed into painful ulcers with inflammation, irregular confinement, necrotic and hemorrhagic base. Lesions have rapid progression and some patients have fever, fatigue, muscle pain andjoint pain.
