%0 Journal Article %T ¡°Magnetic Voice¡±: Resonance and the Politics of Art %A Nermin SAYBA£¿ILI %J - %D 2018 %X The article investigates what I conceptualize as the ¡°magnetic voice¡± in reference to Voice of My Father (2012) by Zeynel Do£¿an and Orhan Eskik£¿y as well as the audio-visual artworks by Sarkis, Kutlu£¿ Ataman and Dilek Winchester. The ¡°magnetic voice¡± is considered as an excess, as a ¡°surplus sign¡± in the horizon of the visible and at the edge of the audible.
