%X Rural tourism in a short define is ¡°type of tourism that realized in rural areas¡±. People living in rural areas and knowing what¡¯ s going on around the environment participant rural appraisal which is an application technique directed to determine gathering information and existing state without not needing to surcharges and time, mostly is ¡°mutual learning process in accordance with a common goal¡±. In this research, for rural landscape planning will be included to PRA method results that applied in city of Kirsehir province of Kaman village of Savcili Buyukoba. In sustainable rural tourism planning, PRA forms have been prepared with a total 54 questions to receive opinion of local people about to determine potential of tourism-recreation and rural landscape features of research area. In village of Savcili Buyukoba that is study area made meeting with 3 different groups with PRA forms as a result of these meetings; examining as objects population and residence numbers, top and bottom structure (education, health, social equipment and background), major products cultivated in village, means of living, relations inner village and between villages, migration, tourism-recreation situation, basic problem areas in village received opinion of local people with general situation of village and analysis tables were created. As a result analysis method for the research by selected PRA the approach to rural development and tourism planning of local people is determined done by detecting the SWOT analysis
