%0 Journal Article %T Lung: Is There Anyone Who Hears Me? %J - %D 2018 %X Over time, in spite of various improvements in diagnostic technology, physical examination maintains its importance and still creating basic all types of medical diagnosis. Pulmonary auscultation is the essence of physical examination. Although pulmonary auscultation is known since Hippocrates, it became a milestone in this matter in which Laennec¡®s invention of the stethoscope, categorization of lung sounds and these are associated with lung pathologies. Over the time, followed changes in terminology related to lung sounds caused difficulties to use a common language for clinicians.
