The major fatty acids were palmitic acid (C16:0) (23.29-26.58%) and stearic acid (C18:0) (9.69-11.33%) in saturated fatty acid (SFA), oleic acid (C18:1n-9) (16.91-19.96%) and palmitoleic acid (C16:1n-7) (5.30-8.76%) in monounsaturated fatty acid (MUFA), aracidonic acid (C20:4n-6) (4.45-9.32%) in n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA), and eicosapentaenoic acid (C20:5n-3, EPA) (3.42-11.56%) docosahexanoic acid (C22:6n-3, DHA) (4.20-13.10%) in n- 3 polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) %K Chondrostoma regium %K fosfolipit %K tria£żilgliserol %K gaz kromatografi %U http://dergipark.org.tr/ksudobil/issue/31775/292857
