The presence of these teaching styles makes it easier for teaching physical education and sports courses and also makes teaching more effective. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of Participatory Style Physical Education and Sports Lessons on Students' Trait Anxiety Level. The scope of the research; the students of 5th and 8th grade students in an elementary school affiliated to Ayd£¿n Provincial Directorate of National Education constitute the students. The sample of the research; constitutes totally sixty-one students, thirty students in the 6A branch and thirty one students in the 6C branch who formed the scope and entered the physical education and sports classes of the researcher. Between the two classes, simple random sampling method is used to determine the style of instruction (A style) from the commonly used teaching styles with the students in the classroom and the participation (E style) style with the students in the class. The students in both classes are given a course curriculum in physical education and sports courses for sixteen (16) weeks. The courses are arranged according to the style of style (E style) with the students in the 6A branch and the students in the 6C branch with the 6A branch determined by simple random sampling method. At the end of the study, in Physical Education Trait Anxiety Scale is applied as a pre-test at the beginning of the study and as a post-test at the end of the study. The results of this test are done by SPSS statistical program. The comparison of mean differences between groups is examined by independent t-test. For type 1 error, ¦Á = 0.05 is taken. It is observed that there is a statistically significant difference between the 6A branch of the course and the 6C branch with the command style and the 6C branch and this difference is in favor of the students in the 6C branch (p <0.05). Students in the 6C branch are found to have lower anxiety levels (p <0.05). As a result of the research; It is observed that the levels of trait anxiety in the physical education and sports courses of the students in the 6C class with the attendance style are lower than the trait anxiety levels of the students in the 6A branch. It can be said that the students have an influence on the low level of trait anxiety because they can express themselves better in the physical education and sports courses which are performed with the participation style of the students in the 6C branch %K Komut Stili %K Kat£¿l£¿m Stili %K Beden E£¿itimi ve Spor %K S¨¹rekli Kayg£¿ %U http://dergipark.org.tr/usbd/issue/41314/468030
