For this purpose, analysis is made on the validity and reliability of this scale. It is calculated that exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis for validity of research as well as it is calculated that internal consistency of Cronbach¡¯s Alpha for reliability of research. It is benefited from SPSS 18.00 and LISREL 8.7 of package program in statistical operations of data. The study group consisted of all the teachers working in 33 secondary schools in Erzincan city center in 2014-2015 academic year. The exploratory factor analysis was applied to a total of 239 teachers. As a result of the analysis, the variance was determined as 66.27%. At the end of the analysis, to 377 teachers from the same sample were applied to confirmatory factor analysis. As a result of the analysis, the scale has been acceptable fit values (x2 / sd (817.72 / 421 = 1.94, RMSEA = 0.05, GIF = 0.88, AGFI = 0.86, RMR = 0.084, CFI = 0.98, NNFI = 0.98) and have been confirmed five factors structures. At the end of the study, the sub-dimensions were classified as principals, teachers, school environment, education process, students, school environment and parents. In the reliability analysis, the Cronbach¡¯s Alpha rate was determined to be 0.95. In conclusion, an effective school scale consisting of 31 items and 5 dimensions can be accepted as a reliable and valid scale %K Verimlilik %K Etkililik %K Etkili Okul £¿l£¿e£¿i %U http://dergipark.org.tr/inuefd/issue/43648/359588
