%T Comparison of Siyar Narratives in Sah¨©hain and S¨©rat Ibn Hish¨¡m in Terms of Methodology

%X Ibn Hish¨¡m¡¯s al S¨©rat al nabawiyyah is the most ancient and sacred work of the siyar area. Bukh¨¡r¨© and Muslim¡¯s al J¨¡mi£¿ al sah¨©h are the most widely accepted books of the science of hadith. Sah¨©hain is a very important source for the scientific knowledge of siyar with its comprehensive content. Apart from those repeated, Sah¨©hain, which contains around 1500 narrations, offers a wide database of knowledge to siyar. S¨©rat and Sah¨©hain both contain similarities and differences in terms of content and method. In this article, the mentioned works are compared in terms of the methods related to the sanad and the matn. According to methodology in terms of sanad; sanady and sanad-less riwayats, common and different ruwat, thiqat and daif ruw¨¡t and unknown ruw¨¡t; on the other hand in terms of methodology concerning the article there will be comparisons providing the integrity of the subject, delineation of the dates related with the matter, evaluation about the text and telling random riwayats. Thus, the similarities and differences between Ibn Hish¨¡m¡¯s al S¨©rat al nabawiyyah and Bukh¨¡r¨© and Muslim¡¯s Sah¨©hain were tried to be revealed
