They have the function of preparing the ground to examine business life situations and applications in the context of ¡°good or bad¡±, ¡°right or wrong¡± and to adopt appropriate behavior patterns. Work values were represented by cognitive, instrumental and affective value dimensions. The aim of the study is to examine the work values in terms of demographic characteristics. It was questioned probability of differentiation of work values by gender, age, occupation, experience and level of education.
