During this time, which transcends centuries, sometimes modernizations are considered to be "westernization" and are tried to be passed on; he has often mentioned himself both in the political and social arena. The music of the Ottoman Empire and the single-party period following the declaration of the Republic and the interventions of the modernization, which are seen in every field of the social field, became music. The purpose of studying all these things in mind; Referring to the declaration of the republic in the state starting from the Ottoman period as self-management and social structure frequently talked about "modernization" means the original conditions posed by shaping and shaping of this process in the context of Turkey; in the triangle of music-politics-society, the influence of politics on music, and music on society; To describe the reasons and purposes of the interventions directed to the music performed at different times and under different conditions, with the positive and negative consequences, taking into consideration the periods of the Ottoman State and the Single Party Republic. This research is done; to explain the changes aimed at the existing music tradition and the scope and continuity of the existing music tradition in the direction of the modernization by the state administration at different times and with the positive and negative consequences.
