An Evaluation On Meritocracy %A Senem Nart %J - %D 2019 %X Digital transformation is the integration of technology into all areas of any organization and includes digital technologies that are necessary for the transformation to take place throughout the organization. While transformation involves all business processes, activities and operations on one hand, it requires a broad and holistic change for organizations on the other. In order to implement a digital transformation strategy, the institutions should first of all be aware of the fact that change is part of their own DNA. The meaning of this case is that the organizations should employ and encourage the right people in order to cope with the rapid and continuous change. Because digital transformation requires new skill sets, new business models, innovation, digital experts and creative employees.
