%0 Journal Article %T A Significant Screening Test in Primary Health Care;Red Reflex Test %A Asl£¿han UZUN %J - %D 2018 %X Abstarct The red reflex examination is a useful screening test that can be easily performed bygeneral practioners, pediatricians, or ophthalmologists, to determine ophthalmologic pathologies such as congenital cataract, glaucoma, retinoblastoma and corneal or retinal diseases. To perform the test, the examiner focuses the direct ophthalmoscope on the patient¡¯s each eye and then both pupils, simultaneously.
