%X Personal exceptions in not to order instruments which exist between arranger and beneficiary cannot be set forth to the person who took over the voucher later. The exception of this is when bearer makes knowingly to the detriment of debtor. Not only to ¡°make knowingly to the detriment of debtor¡± concept is discussed in doctrine, but also this is a concept in Supreme Court decisions, which is under debate. It is important to fix what this concept is and especially from the standpoint of personal exceptions and the most discussed phenomenon in courts to make this concept concrete. Except this, the proving of this concept is important, especially with which evidences and how the proving will be executed is crucial
