%X Ultimate purpose of contract of carriage¡¯s parties is transportation of goods that is on time and as it is taken for delivery. In order to achieve these goals carrier needs some information and documents. Some of these information and documents are required to respond to the public authority¡¯s questions. Absence, lack or misusing of these information and documents can cause some harmful consequences. There are different considerations about concept and scope of accompanying information and documents. Concept and scope of accompanying information and documents will be discussed in this article. Additionally, liability of carrier and sender based on accompanying information and documents will be discussed in this article
