Nowadays health spending has a significant share in governments¡¯ budgets so it has become increasingly important to achieve the highest labor productivity in health care organizations. The labor productivity of physicians as key service providers in the health sector might be decisive for the entire sector's efficiency. Therefore, it is necessary to determine the factors that affect labor productivity of physicians and to make arrangements accordingly to increase efficiency. In this study, aiming to determine these factors, a survey was conducted on the sample of physicians working in Sel£¿uk University Medical School Hospital in Konya. With this survey, it is tried to examine how administrative and organizational factors, physical, technical and social factors affect the productivity of physicians through their responses.
