%0 Journal Article %T A Case of Polycystic Ovary in the Family MedicineOutpatient Clinic %A £¿zg¨¹r ENG£¿NYURT %J - %D 2019 %X Abstract 2003 Rotterdam criteria used for the diagnosis of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS).PCOS diagnostic criteria include the presence of polycystic ovaries in the ultrasound,the chronic absence of ovulation, complaints, physical examination and / or biochemical evidence of androgen excess. PCOS can be diagnosed by the presence of at least twoof the above three diagnostic criteria after exclusion of other diagnoses that may leadto the current complaint and the clinic. PCOS is a multisystemic disease. It leads to manyhealth problems in chronic process. In our case, the patient was admitted to our outpatient clinic with the complaint of oligomenorrhea. In clinical laboratory and imaging examinations, there was no case to explain oligomenorrhea except PCOS.
