%T Researches On Fungi Which Isolated From Butters In Bursa And Samsun Cities

%X This study was carried out between 2012-2013 years. Aim of this study is determine microfungi that developed from butter samples collected from various houses in the summer and winter seasons from Bursa and Samsun cities. Sample collection is obtained by inserting sterile gloves, and masks while scraping top surface of butter (no portion of contact with air) with a sterile spatula. Taken samples of butter are put into sterile containers and hidden in carrying case using cold chain than brought to the laboratory and necessary investigations are made. A total of 139 fungus colonies were isolated in the study and 14 species belonging to five genus were identified. Obtained genera are Aspergillus, Cladosporium, Fusarium, Penicillium and Geotrichum. Among these species are the most achieved has been belonging to the genus Penicillium and Aspergillus. In this study, isolated species are Aspergillus flavus, A.parasiticus, A.versicolor, Cladosporium herbarum, C.sphaerospermum, Fusarium oxysporum, Penicillium chrysogenum, P.echinulatum, P.griseofulvum, P.palitans, P.roqueforti, P.solitum, P.verrucosum and Geotrichum candidum
