%X According to Ibn Khaldun only one determining agent in the social conflicts is asabiyah and consequently the social conflict usually generates a relation of enthusiasm between two sides of conflict not hate. Then the defeated side begins to reproduce triumphant¡¯s modes, behaviors and life style and triumphant gets the side of generous culture and the defeated gets the receiver one. Lastly a small group from the defeated side champions the triumphants¡¯ culture and the receiver culture begins to degenerate untill disappear. Ibn Khaldun¡¯s cultural theory for Andalucia could be able to read as a state theory for Ottomans
