%X The aim of this study is to identify job problems, career satisfaction levels and bureaucratic and administrative problems of job and career counselors initiated at the Turkish Employment Agency in 2012. The study consists of two chapter. In the first part, definition of job and career counseling was stated and focused on the history of the system in Turkey. In the second part, in the direction of determinations made by questionnaire, it was tried to explain what the problems and satisfaction levels of job and career counselors about their job. Eliminating the problems of consultants who are not satisfied with working conditions and experiencing many problems will improve their level of satisfaction therefore their productivity. In order to increase the corporate belonging and productivity of job and career counselors, suggestions were made on which problems should be addressed
