%0 Journal Article %T The Relationship Between Motivational Language Used By School Administrator and Teacher¡¯s Intent to Leave School %A Sel£¿uk Demir %J - %D 2019 %X In this study, it was aimed to examine the relationship between school administrator¡¯s motivational language and teacher¡¯s intent to leave school. Relational screening model was used in this research. The research sample consists of 397 teachers in 38 schools that were selected randomly from the schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education at Hatay¡¯s K£¿r£¿khan District in 2017-2018 academic year. Data analyses were performed with the program of SPSS. Data were collected by ¡°Motivational Language Scale¡± and ¡°Intent to Leave School¡±.
