%X Quetiapine is an antipsychotic used in the treatment of schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. There are side effects such as sedation, weight gain, constipation and drowsiness. Leukopenia is another rare side effect associated with the use of quetiapine. In this case report, we discussed the low white blood cell count during quetiapine use
