%X Simone de Beauvoir contributed to the development of women¡¯s right and freedom struggle in social and scientific meaning in the twentieth century. She devoted her life for strengthening feminist movement. She shared her life experiences in her works in terms of a feminist perspective. She brought a new perspective to the feminist methodology by explaining duality in existentialist philosophy with man-woman relationship. She presented her life as a model for associating existentialist feminism with strong references. Beauvoir revealed a decree in which women can resist and make own decisions against social gender roles which were determined according to paternalistic power relations with existentialism. Life experiences of Simone de Beauvoir constituted the data of the study. In this context, this study aims to discuss the effect of women studies in the liberation of women over Simon de Beauvoir
