%0 Journal Article %T An Evaluation on Occupational Problems of Tour Guiding with Related Parties¡¯ Perspectives %A Elbeyi Pelit %A Esra Kat£¿rc£¿o£¿lu %J - %D 2018 %X The Aim and Importance of the Study: The aim of the study is to determine and evaluate occupational problems of tour guides with the perspective of tourist guides, associations, federation, educational institutions and according to the changing tourist profile. Research Methodology: Secondary data analysis method, observations and experiences of researchers were used in the study. Findings: As a result of the literature review, it was determined that guides have encountered a wide range of occupational problems starting from the education stage; it has also been found that many of these problems have remained unsolved according to tour guides, the chambers and associations¡¯ perspectives. Originality/Value: The study covers addressing and evaluating problems of tour guiding with all occupational parties¡¯ point of view. Research Limitations/implications: Secondary research data were used in the study.
