%0 Journal Article %T Soundpainting Approach in Choir Education and Performance %A Sonat Co£¿kuner %J - %D 2019 %X Soundpainting is a multi-disciplinary, real-time sign language developed by Walter Thompson in 1974 for different disciplines of performing arts. In this study, the choir education process with Soundpainting approach was examined which resulted year-end choral concert of the 3rd class OMU Music Education Department. In the study, use and musical gains of Soundpainting gestures and palettes embedded polyphonic chorus pieces K£¿z£¿lc£¿klar Oldu Mu? which was predetermined and studied was examined. The research is a descriptive study and the data were obtained by literature review and observation.
