%0 Journal Article %T The Effect of Teachers' Participation in Decision Making on Organizational Justice Perceptions %A M¨¹slim ALANO£¿LU %A Z¨¹lf¨¹ DEM£¿RTA£¿ %J - %D 2019 %X The aim of this study is to determine the effects of teachers' participation in decision making on organizational justice perceptions. The population of the study consisted of 3194 high school teachers working in the city center of Mersin in the 2017-2018 academic year. The sample of the study consisted of 561 teachers selected from this universe by simple random sampling method. The findings of the research showed that teachers¡¯ participation in decision making was ¡°mostly¡± in the clan decision, ¡°sometimes¡± in the student affairs and academic decisions and ¡°rarely¡± in the school management dimension. Teachers' perceptions of organizational justice are also ¡°agree¡± level. In addition, there was a positive and moderate relationship between the teachers' perception of organizational justice and clan decisions, student affairs and academic decisions and school management dimensons. Finally, the student affairs and academic decisions was the dimension that affects teachers' perception of organizational justice at the highest level. This dimension was followed by ¡±clan decisions¡± and ¡°school management dimensions¡±, respectively. These three dimensions together explained 32% of teachers' perceptions of organizational justice.
