Compost medium used consist of 1:1 rate of wheat (W), millet (M) straw as control groups and wheat-millet (W-M), wheat-sorghum (W-S), millet-sorghum (M-S) straw as try groups which inoculated by P. florida and P. sajor-caju. Miscelle growth was obtained from P. florida in the shorts period (8 days) using W-S, but primordium formation was obtained from P. sajor-caju after 26 days. The shortest harvest period was obtained from P. sajor-caju using W-S in the first phase after 30 days. Whereas in total phase it was obtained from P. sajor-caju using W after 55 days. The highest yield (per 1 kg. Substrate 70% moisture) in total phase was obtained from P. florida and P. sajor-caju using W-M and M as 226 and 143 grams, respectively. The organic nitrogen content of the substrate increased is correlated with increased yields. The highest protein rates were found as 28.98% and 26.64% in P. florida and P. sajor-caju grown with wheat %K Azot %K hasat %K P. florida %K P. sajor-caju %K protein %U http://dergipark.org.tr/ijpas/issue/41396/426915
