Organizational citizenship behavior is defined as positive attitudes that express occupational behavior based on volunteering. The aim of this study is to determine the direction and degree of the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and organizational cynicism. It also seeks to determine how effective organizational citizenship behavior is in reducing organizational cynicism within the organization.
