%X Cosmopolitanism is a component of Kant¡¯s philosophy. He designed a juridical order, with cosmopolitan content, for the genesis of universal human order. This juridical structure, has been placed as a peace order. Indeed, that Kant didn¡¯t purpose a world state, he advocates an order in base of union of nations. At the center of the cosmopolitan law, it is the last step of the process, stands world citizens¡¯ rights. But Kant, parallel to his cosmopolitan thoughts have prejudicial opinions that are contradict with them. This situation causes to be question the consistency of his universalist and cosmopolitan political theory
