%0 Journal Article %T Anesthetic Management of a Patient with Beh£¿et¡¯s Disease Undergoing Beating Heart Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting %A Tš¹lay £¿rki %J - %D 2018 %X General anesthesia was planned for elective beating heart coronary artery bypass grafting in a 32-year-old patient with Beh£¿et¡¯s disease receiving colchicine and salazopyrin therapy for 13 years. After consultation with neurologists, dermatologists, and internal medicine physicians, the colchicine and salazopyrin therapy was terminated a week before surgery. The surgery was performed with the beating heart technique following standard sternotomy and heparinization. Postoperatively, there were no new lesions of the skin and oropharynx due to invasive procedures. The patient was discharged without any complications on postoperative day 4. In conclusion, the choice of the anesthetic method and medications as well as postoperative follow-up beating heart coronary artery bypass grafting can be safely performed in patients with Beh£¿et¡¯s disease via meticulous preoperative evaluations and consultations %K Beh£¿et hastal£¿£¿£¿ %K atan kalp %K koroner arter baypas %K anestezi y£¿netimi %U http://dergipark.org.tr/khj/issue/40963/495114
