%0 Journal Article %T Analysis of the Relationship between Organizational Justice and Organizational Identification %A Daimi Ko£¿ak %J - %D 2019 %X The concepts of organizational justice and organizational identification have always been found interesting by researchers in terms of determining employees¡¯ behavior in organizations. The aim of this study is to determine the relationship between organizational justice and organizational identification. In order to realize this aim, 192 of 260 employees in a manufacturing company operating in Izmir province were able to obtain data using questionnaire technique. These data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS statistical programs. As a result of the analyses made, it has been found that there is a positive relationship between organizational justice and organizational identification. According to the results of the relationship between organizational justice dimensions and organizational identification, there is a positive relationship between distributive justice and organizational identification, and there is no statistically significant relationship between procedural and interactional justice dimensions and organizational identification. The results were similar to the results of the study investigating the relationship between organizational justice and organizational identification.
