%0 Journal Article %T HEALING CARING ENVIRONMENT %A £¿lkay Boz %J - %D 2018 %X INTRODUCTION: Nurse¡¯s basic task is creating the healing environment for individuals in the caring process. METHODS: It is understood that a paradigm change is experiencing is in today's health care environment traditional towards healing environment. Healing environment is an area and a system which is develops and supports to relationships, environment and the natural healing capacity of the individual. RESULTS: There are four dimensions of healing environment including internal, external, behavioral, and interpersonal. Healing caring environment in nursing was described by many theorists at first Nightingale and Watson. Nurses are transforms hidden elements of healing during the healing process with caring. While he/she can just change him/herself with healing from own essence, the nurse is the only change facilitator. The most important question is here: ¡°How can be the nurse an instrument of healing environment?¡± There are several studies on the healing caring environment in nursing which were stated positive and desirable effects of environment.
