%X This work is about the life of Imam al-Berkal who lived in the first half of the Hijri 10th century. The authors of biographical works acted stingy about this precious scholar's life and did not give it the deserved importance. For this reason, the researcher tried to bring out the life of the author and his works in terms of the environment in which he belongs. The study focus on explanation of the content of the book of al-Berkal'i -Hashiyaalarshhi'l-Hindial¨¡fiyeti ibnhacib, the mentioned views, denominations, personalities it has, terms it uses, istishhad and the method it follows. The book which was taken in Arabic for the purpose of teaching Nahiv subjects also contains cedel, debate, kelam, logic, belagat, aruz and important sections from other branches of science. Undoubtedly, this work reflects the efforts of the author since the earliest times in his Arabic education. It is remarkable that the scholer travels through deserts and cities due to his love of wisdom and the Arabic language of the Qur'an
