Sara DOLAR %J - %D 2019 %X Surveys were carried out in wheat and barley sowing areas in 2011 growing season in K£¿r£¿ehir and K£¿r£¿kkale provinces of Central Anatolia Region to determine the root rot diseases. As a result of isolation from diseased plants, Fusarium oxysporum, F. acuminatum, F. chlamydosporum, F. redolens, F. incarnatum, F. equiseti, F. tricinctum, Microdochium nivale, Rhizoctonia solani AG 4, Rhizoctonia solani AG 3, bin¨¹kleat AG I, Waitea circinata var. circinata, Bipolaris sorokiniana, Ophiosphaerella herpotricha, Alternaria alternata, Embellisia spp., Curvularia inaequalis and Phaeosphaeria pontiformis were found. Among the all of the isolates, M. nivale and F. oxysporum on wheat and F. oxysporum on barley were determined to be the most common root pathogen. Pathogenicity tests were conducted using hypocotyl test and plant test. As a result of tests, W. circinata var. circinata, M. nivale, F. oxysporum, F. acuminatum, F. tricinctum on wheat and Rhizoctonia solani AG 4, M. nivale, F. oxysporum, F. acuminatum, F. chlamydosporum, F. redolens, B. sorokiniana on barley were found to be pathogenic %K Rhizoctonia spp. %K Fusarium spp. %K Bipolaris sorokiniana %K Microdochium nivale %K K£¿k ve k£¿k bo£¿az£¿ £¿¨¹r¨¹kl¨¹£¿¨¹ hastal£¿klar£¿ %K Microdochium nivale %U http://dergipark.org.tr/bitkorb/issue/42763/424930
