Accurate representation of these factors in finite element analysis allows reliable estimates of the actual behaviour of the material. In this study, the construction behaviour of the K£¿pr¨¹ba£¿£¿ Dam, which is constructed as a clay core rockfill type, was examined with finite element method. In order to represent the nonlinear, stress-dependent and in-elastic behaviour of the material, analyses were performed by using Duncan ¨C Chang hyperbolic material model. Material parameters for clay core material were calculated by using triaxial compression test results. For the parameters of filter and rock fill materials, the literature has been used. In order to represent construction and reservoir loading conditions, the body embankment and the reservoir level were modelled with stages. The results of deformation calculated for end of construction and water retention were compared with the deformation results obtained from measuring instruments placed in the dam body and the deformations were found to be compatible %K Kil £¿ekirdek Kaya Dolgu Baraj %K D¨¹£¿ey Deformasyon %K Duncan ¨C Chang Hiperbolik Malzeme Modeli %K Sonlu Elemanlar Metodu %U http://dergipark.org.tr/gmbd/issue/44770/557075
