%X Forgotten goiter is a rare condition and it is surgically managed through cervical approach in most cases. Extracervical management could be necessary in rare cases. We report a case of a forgotten goiter managed with thyroidectomy through a mini-resternotomy combined with a transcervical approach as the patient underwent previous cardiac surgery
