%0 Journal Article %T The Effect Of Obsessive Compulsive Personality Disorder On Decision Making Processes %A Ali Ender ALTUNO£¿LU %A £¿zge KOCAKULA %J - %D 2018 %X With this study, it has been tried to understand how the obsessive compulsive personality traits affect the decision processes in terms of the managers who are in charge of decision making authority and responsibility, by evaluating the increasing human personality within the scope of the organization. As a research method, questionnaire was used from primary data collection techniques. Decision Processes Scale and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Assessment Scale were used to collect data in the study. The universe of the research is business students who are continuing their education in Turkey. The sample group was determined as business students who are continuing their education in Ayd£¿n province for ease of implementation and applied to a total of 317 persons.
