In the literature, there was no study encountered investigating the relationship between monotony and cynicism. Therefore, it was assessed that this research contributed to the literature and practice. This is an empirical research. A survey was conducted to collect data. Data was analyzed with 147 valid responses collected from simple randomly selected employees working in industrial enterprises in Konya. Descriptive statistics, explanatory factor analysis and multi-linear regression technique were executed to test the proposed hypothesis. Results of the research revealed that there was no direct relationship between monotony and cynicism (R2 = 0.039, p = 0.124). The results of this study suggested that the factors causing monotony should not expected to lead directly to the employees' cynical behaviors. Thus, the elements that cause monotony and cynic behaviors should be taken into consideration from within their own framework %K Monotonluk %K sinizm %K sanayi i£¿letmeleri %U http://dergipark.org.tr/ulikidince/issue/44082/510456
