%X Garden nasturtium (Tropaeolum majus L.) belongs to the family Tropaeolaceae. It is also a very popular among edible flowers in recent years. In many places in Turkey, it is used visually in parks and gardens and spontaneous grown as well. Edible flowers have been used in many countries of the world for centuries in terms of nutritional value, medical effect, taste, shape and aesthetic appearance. Garden nasturtium is the most popular among these.
