The TPB is a reliable model that has been successful in explaining the intention and variables affecting it in many other types of research. The sample includes 122 employees in healthcare sector in Bilecik. As a result of the analyzes, it was found that the PDT is an adequate model for explaining the behavioural intention and that there is a difference between the internal and external whistleblowing intentions of the employees. Within the internal processes, it is revealed that they prefer to be informed their immediate supervisor. The effect of attitude is statistically significant on all variables, but the effect of subjective norm and perceived behavioural control is not always statistically significant in other variables. The proportion of employees who faced an illegal or unethical situation was found to be 36% and 41% of them reported this. From the perspective of the subjective norm, it is understood that the perceived social pressure of employees is different from the social and business environments. In terms of whistleblowers, 60% of employees see these people as heroes %K Whistleblowing %K Whistleblowwer %K Planl£¿ Davran£¿£¿ Teorisi %U http://dergipark.org.tr/ulikidince/issue/38166/431146
