%0 Journal Article %T The Impact of Job Satisfaction on Job Commitment in Accounting Professionals about Gender Context : An Empirical Study in £¿zmir %A Nezih Metin £¿ZMUTAF %A Rozi M£¿ZRAH£¿ %J - %D 2018 %X The aim of this study is to search the effects of job satisfaction on job loyalty in accounting professionals about gender context The questionnaire prepared in this context was applied to 111 accounting staff (56 females and 55 males) in the accounting profession in £¿zmir between April 2016 and August 2016. In the survey conducted within the scope of the accounting staff, it was determined that the increase in job satisfaction for the elements in the "organizational environment" and "managerial contribution" according to both men and women has a positive effect on business commitment. In male participants; in terms of the positive impact of job satisfaction on job commitment, the perception of adequate wages, co-operation, height of communication, adequate authority and responsibility suggests that it is more effective.
