%0 Journal Article %T Nursery Tatar Turkish (Language, Culture, History) %A Beytullah Kocaba£¿ %J - %D 2019 %X Turks in the Idil-Ural region of the Idil-Bulgarian State (8th-14th centuries), the Golden Horde State (13th-15th centuries) and Kazan Khanate (1437-1552) have established a large number of states (£¿zkan: 2014; 216). Living in the Idil-Ural region, the Tatar Turks based on the Bulgarian and Kipchak Turks for genealogy are found to date from Orkhon inscriptions (£¿zkan: 2014; 230). The Chinese called all the Mongols who were non-Mongolian speaking people before the Genghis Khan, as £¿ Tatar dik and sometimes called o£¿ Tatar i to all Turkish-speaking communities in Central Asia. At the same time, all the Mongolian speaking nations, as they say Ta-ta (Tatar) Tatars; Ak Tatar, Black Tatars and Wild Tatars, according to their status according to their marital status.
