%0 Journal Article %T The effects of psychological nursing on negative emotion and immune function of ovarian cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy %A Xiu-ling Yin %J - %D 2016 %R http://dx.doi.org/10.14725/gjnr.v4n4a1560 %X Objective: To explore the effects of psychological nursing on negative emotion and immune function of ovarian cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy. Methods: 68 ovarian cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy in our hospital from April 2014 to May 2016 were selected£¬the patients were divided into psychological nursing(n=34) and routine nursing group(n=34) randomly. The SDS£¬SAS£¬CD3 and CD4 of the two groups were observed and analyzed before the fourth period of chemotherapy. Results: The SDS and SAS in psychological nursing group were lower than routine nursing group(P<0.05).The CD3£¬CD4 in psychological nursing group were higher than routine nursing group(P<0.05).
