Methods: The patients with severe brain injury were collected from January 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital from ICU. Using a random number table method 80 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group received general nursing, including daily diet, observation of disease, first aid preparation and cooperation, executive orders, observation group according to the clinical nursing path table of contents of nursing, records and statistics of the two groups of patients hospitalization days, save time and related to the rescue expenses and stress ulcer incidence, the discharge of two groups of patients and their families for satisfaction survey and satisfaction rate was calculated. Results: 1 case was observed in the observation group during the experiment. Compared with the control group, the observation group was significantly reduced in the treatment time, the cost of emergency treatment, and the hospital stay was significantly shorter ( P<0.01). The incidence of stress ulcer in the observation group was significantly lower ( P<0.05). Satisfaction of patients and their families was significantly increased, the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusion: Clinical nursing path can significantly reduce rescue time, save the cost, shorten the patient's hospital stay, reduce the incidence of stress ulcer, and improve the satisfaction of patients and their families. It is worthy of wide application and promotion in patients with traumatic brain injury %U http://journal.newcenturyscience.com/index.php/gjnr/article/view/1501
